The 迈博体育 Sealing Solutions facility in Albany is a global supplier of thermoplastic composite structures. 
Dave Hauber holds a BS in Physics from the University of Albany and an MA in Business from Empire State College in Saratoga Springs, New York. Dave has worked in the composite materials industry for 42 years and was one of the original inventors of additive manufacturing in 1986. As the Engineering Manager at the Albany facility, Dave manages a group of engineers that design and deliver solutions to customers using thermoplastic composites.

Mike Urbanski holds a BA from Binghamton University and is currently working toward an MBA. Mike has worked in the composites industry for five years.
