Design & Development

We employ a rigorous Design & Development process in compliance with our quality certifications. A typical project follows the below procedure:

  1. Consultation with our engineering staff to define your requirements
  2. We develop a conceptual design and present it to you. For larger projects, the conceptual design is developed into a functional design, then reviewed again with you
  3. Upon your approval, a detailed design is developed, reviewed, manufactured, and tested

Whenever possible, we build risk reduction prototypes to prove out the most challenging aspects of a project before the final production.
