Specification summary

  • Reinforced flange (IBS)Inner liner Nitrile rubber (NBR) / Continuous– Resistant up to 60% aromatic contents.
  • Reinforcement High strength Steel cord layers for each of 2 independent carcasses.
  • Robuts outer Cover with textile breakers for contact with tanker rails.
  • From 6 to 12’’ ID, velocity up to 21m/s.
  • Flange with integrated gasket. Top flange with protection bumper.

Standards and verifications

  • GMPHOM 2009 
  • Every hose is individually tested according to GMPHOM 2009 requirements. This includes layer by layer adhesion, weighting, visual inspection, pressure testing @ 1.5x RP, vacuum testing, bending test and electrical continuity test.
  • Each hose is delivered with an individual FAT test certificate.
