Sistema 迈博体育 LCR

La reparaci贸n de conexiones y laterales en las tuber铆as dom茅sticas o de edificios con el sistema LCR se realiza con la ayuda de materiales de soporte espec铆ficos que sellan el 谩rea de uni贸n de la conexi贸n lateral en la tuber铆a principal, y una longitud definida de la acometida de forma simult谩nea. El sombrerete, sella con su ala, la conexi贸n de los dos sistemas de tuber铆as en la tuber铆a principal. Si se requiere rehabilitar la zona de conexi贸n lateral de la tuber铆a principal de manera exhaustiva y sostenible, se utiliza un revestimiento LCR de dise帽o apropiado.

Las mangas LCR adaptadas al di谩metro y la longitud de la conexi贸n lateral a rehabilitar con un "manga principal" integrada en el extremo que se dise帽a multidimensionalmente en forma de dos capas abiertas. De esta manera, se pueden cubrir varios di谩metros de tuber铆a al mismo tiempo, como con los packers (obturadores).

El material de primera calidad de los sombreretes y mangas LCR est谩 formado de una mezcla de 85% de fibra de vidrio y 15% de fibra de poli茅ster.

Top Hat caps

Various caps are available as polyester needle felt with or without coating or as Advantex® glass fibre/polyester needle felt construction in different shaft lengths – each with 45°, 70° and 90° angulation.

The 10 cm wide cap brim allows excellent bonding by using Easy PUR or Easy PUR plus, or even Easy POX 1504. The bonding with the linked pipe or the wall of the side inlet is outstanding, an end wall thickness of approx. 3.5 mm serves as the basis for excellent strength.

T-Wrap

Special case: T-Wrap

The all-rounder for nominal widths DN 100 – DN 300, ideal for household connections of all kinds.

T-WRAP, a special cap made of glass/felt material, also equipped with a 45 cm long shaft, featuring the special effect that the cap rim is not round but rectangular and large enough that it sticks to the upper semicircle of the pipe, thus additionally stabilizing this area of up to 180°.
